Why we hold your contact details (Personal data)
We hold your personal details if you buy a hot tub or swim spa from us or contact us about servicing or repairing your existing hot tub or swim spa.
We need to be able to get in touch with you to discuss your purchase and maintenance and repair services you have requested.
We also need your personal details so that we can invoice you and process your payment to us.
What personal data do we hold?
We usually deal with customers by phone or email and we sometimes post information that you’ve requested.
So, as well as your name, we usually hold your email address, telephone number and postal address if you’ve asked us to send anything to you.
We will never sell your information to a third party.
We may need to pass your details to a third party, for example if you want us to arrange for a hot tub, swim spa or parts and chemicals to be delivered directly to you from one of our suppliers. We’ll ask your permission before we do this.
Your details may also be shared with third parties who carry out services on our behalf, for example, processing payments, but these companies should never sell your data or use your data to contact you directly.
We may also be legally required to share your data if we are involved with any legal proceedings which include contracts with you.
Financial information – if you pay us by credit card or bank transfer, we will not keep your bank or card details once the transaction has been successfully processed.
Where we store your data
Kiwi Spas holds your personal data in files created by us and not accessible to anyone outside our business.
However, we do use some services and applications from third party suppliers which means some of your data may be stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Obviously, we only work with reputable companies who have robust data security policies and procedures and we take all reasonable steps to ensure you data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK.

At Kiwi Spas, we work hard to build lasting relationships with our customers and we’re always keen to stay in touch.
We will always ask you if you’re happy for us to contact you to see how things are going and let you know of any new services or special offers that you may find interesting.
And, if you ever ask us to stop contacting you – we will!
